On November 25, 33 employees from all subsidiaries took part in the certificate acquisition training of graduation examination for Senior Welder Qualification Certificate jointly held by Labor Bureau of the district and Liangzhu Cultural Skill Training School. The examination consists of theory examination and practical operation examination, conducted in Training Room 001 of the Group office building and No.8 workshop of the south factory respectively. Before that, the employees had attended 96 class hours of welder theory knowledge and operating skills. The senior welder certificate acquisition training of this time provided another on-job study opportunity for the employees, further improving the overall quality of the welder team of the company, forming the good atmosphere of “Competition, learning, catching up, help and surpass” within the company. |
