On November 4, the 12 Chinese Zodiac Stamp Exhibition of the Eighteenth “Dunli Cup” was grandly held in Workers Cultural Palace in Yuhang. Leaders of District Party Committee Propaganda Department, Administration of Press and Publication, Post Office and other related departments, together with philatelists, over a hundred persons attended the opening ceremony. Our Group is the only co-organizer; Chen Fangying, Deputy Director of Group Office participated in the opening ceremony and made an opening speech on behalf of the Group.
The stamp exhibition of this time exhibited over 1000 patches of 72 frames and 24 parts, being the largest stamp exhibition of recent years in our district. It is reported that the stamp exhibition was jointly held by Yuhang Sub-society of Zodiac Philatelic Research, District Philatelic Society and District Elderly Philatelic Society; our Group co-organized and with title sponsorship, the exhibition lasted for 3 days. |
